Established in 2007 by third-generation builder Robert Chapman and his partner, Nanette Nelson, Vintage Homes is founded on a relationship-first principle; solid relationships result in exceptional homes. Robert’s artistry and passion for his craft are evident in everything from his napkin sketches of interior trim details to his personal investment in enriching the building experience for each homeowner.

IT'S PERSONAL
Robert met Nanette working as a project manager building homes in I’On, Mount Pleasant in 2002 - she was the firm’s finance maven with a fierce reputation for keeping builds and budgets between the lines.
Becoming partners in business and in life, the pair built an interior trim business and a cabinet business while building spec homes. After their first custom home project, it became clear that working with homeowners to build their dream homes was what they wanted to do.
With countless housewarming celebrations and devoted clients to date, the rest, as they say, is Vintage Homes history.
